Hi i get scammed 580€ from tohji77 user here @ CS in skype he buy from me over 5m gold and after 2 weeks he chargeback all money will only warn all from this guy and i think i 'm out Bottin have me only frustadet see all my money in paypal - 200 € hope all people no scamming

i have open a case too, this retard stole 200 Euro from me. I also have uploaded every screenshot for the paypal case. Guys, do you have any help how we can bash this ****ing scammer?

Seems to be he used credit card and paid with paypal. I also have screens from transfer. Any advises?

same happend to me. he opened a dispute... though credit card chargeback... any advices how to win ? or is it alway lose against credit card charge back?

First I'd kindly ask you to use the appropriate form when reporting a scammer: How to report a scammer.

And secondly, yes against credit cards it's always guaranteed to be a loss. I do admit I've had situations where PayPal closed cases in my favor, however I quickly found out that it was just a "special treatment" they were giving me due to how long I've been using PayPal for my transactions.
