Reporting Vitalic for scamming.
I bought his routine and he basically deleted me on Skype and isn't giving me the routine anymore.

Next time create a thread like this in the first place or it will be a perma-ban, this is the 2nd time you go posting accusations into trade threads.
I have been provided the proof that you were refunded and you also admited being refunded in the accusations you left in the trade thread.

Jesus, chill Yeah that's right Im trying to solve it with him, I never ****ing accused him of scamming on the last post you removed on his thread that i made, i just want him to respond on my emails as I don't want a refund and i want to continue using his routine.

Take this with a grain of salt. Developers don't have enough time in a day to answer everyone AND get their work done. Sometimes, they would just rather cut their losses and refund instead of jumping through hoops for people when it's not about a development priority. I've had to do this in the past myself.
Maybe try approaching the sellers without jumping down their throat next time? I'm very chill, but just like developers, I only have 24 hours in a day, and if you can't take a few minutes to read the rules, I'm sorry but the only thing I can do is give you infractions you until you learn or ban you if you fail to do so.
By your answer, I take it the processed refund proof I got was legitimate.
You're back to square one with your money and nothing lost. If a seller ever refuses to sell something to you, you should ask yourself why. The answer lies within yourself and your attitude with the seller the majority of the time.
We're not about to force Vitalic to do business with you if he chose not to.

Can you atleast ask him if he could respond to my email? because he said:

then i responded with a message but haven't gotten a response, i basically appologised for what i've done and that it wouldn't happen again.

I just wanna forget what happened and go back to how it was yesterday with me and him, i made a mistake today and i've learned from it, but now he is either missing my emails or ignoring them and i don't know which one it is.

he refunded me while that paypal account is limited, he never asked me what email i wanted it to get refunded on, he straightly refunded me and i lost 35 euro now.

The only refund I would do for anyone is sending the money back where it came from. The rest is up to the buyer. Get your paypal unlocked, it shouldn't be hard unless you've been up to no good.
Refunding to any other address than the one you paid from puts the seller at risk and could be used/seen as laundering.

There is no way back sorry, take it as a life lesson. After I release the finished Legion version and you want to re-buy it you can.
However instead of accepting this outcome the individual continues to demand that I reverse my decision and so I am left with no alternative: I wish no further communication with this person and will be blocking them forthwith. I will resist the temptation to comment further. Thanks for dealing with this Parog.

If I were you I would wait until he's done with the Legion version and purchase it then. Until then, don't contact him or it could be considered harassment.

I think he was pretty spot on with his description. You calling him a liar only makes things worse for yourself. It is not your right to decide whether or not you get to test his software.
