Why has this guy now been banned? I reported him last night and he is STILL spamming his scam threads all over the forums. This is exactly what I was talking about when I said OC needs to step up it's game when it comes to scammers.

The link you shared is dead so I'm assuming the thread was removed, but if it's for the scam I think it is, that's one of the most popular and overused scams out there. More than likely they're dealing with more than one person, otherwise it would be settled with an IP ban. If I catch it in time, I will usually leave a comment on the thread itself notifying other people to the scam and how it works.
