Question regarding chargebacks

Hello, I've sold a botted Pokemon Go acc, for something like $50, the buyer knew it and he also asked for help to how to set up nox after he bought it (and he got banned for it, cause nox is detected now), anyways, he got banned and said he is going to chargeback.

Now, regardless if I win or lose the trial, the question is, if I transfer the money from the paypal account to a linked paypal card and than I lose the case, will paypal be able to withdraw the money from my card? or do I have to phisically get the money? also if paypal wont find any money to withdraw will paypal still give him $50? I hope not

If he wins the case, Paypal will give him the money and you will show a negative balance in your Paypal.

thats a shame, by the way, paypal will detract the money from linked cards if it doesnt find any in the PP acc balance?

alright thanks, last question, so if I unlink it even if the PP Card is under the same name of the PP Acc they wont be able to get the money from the card? cause I dont wanna empty the card..
