Explain what happened: I contacted him on skype per his thread, i sent his buyer my exalted orb in game through face to face dealing. He then asks for my paypal and says "done ty" then goes offline on skype and haven't heard from him since. No payment was received.

what a joke.
i dare you to give me a screenshot of the transaction id with the email showing proof of you sent, and i will do a verification of it with paypal.
and if you did send, why do u have to show offline in skype so COWARDLY? more than 12hrs in skype of no reply just show what a skunk you are.
so after my one time business, you have closed shop for good? no longer have to go online to do your business "for long term partners"?
