Explain what happened:
Tried to buy 3 legion beta, guy went offline after payment.

I paid $200 to [email protected]
He refunded the payment, because he said I didnt include my skype ID in the note.
then I paid again to [email protected] (he told me the new adress)
he went offline and didnt show up again. I started a claim, so he got online again, apologized for beeing offline. Refunded the payment. He even called me through skype and said that he is sorry for beeing offline and he will be ready now.

Paid 3rd time, this time he went offline again, didnt show up anymore.
