Explain what happened:
I needed like 40 rating to get the 1800 RBG rating transmog set on my paladin and decided that looking for a group just wasn't worth it (**** me...). They were advertising in tradechat and seemed professional. We decided that 11 euro for 2 wins would be a fair price. I paid and he said that he'll notify the boosting team that will be ready in 25-30 minutes. Those 25 minutes became 45 and I asked what was going on, he said they were still boosting some one else but would be done after the current RBG.
After 20 minutes I once again checked in and asked what was going on. This time I got no answer, so I said that his team has 15 minutes to contact me before I'm gonna demand a refund. 5 minutes passed and then he went offline. I logged my other skype user and tried adding him and sure as hell, there he was online and ready to sell another boost.

EDIT: Also recieved a battletag that I could add and the booster would accept as soon as he came online: racador#2482
