Explain what happened:
He contacted me to buy 1 million gold, but due to high risk, I reduced it to 500k. I went through all the usual anti-scam precautions: PM owned core, google all the info, verify check the billing account, even went as far as asking for FB account and a PM from it, that he did without much hesitation. We traded and he claimed to pay up in 2 minutes, however up until now, there's absolutely no activity in my paypal account. I've also noticed that he started editing his own skype messages, changing the FB link, thread etc.
