Explain what happened: he contacted me on skype to buy gold on Twisting Nether 325k gold. i asked him to give me link with his accont ownedcore and PM on ownedcore to prove is his accont. i checked the account and he have Trade Feedback: Positive: 10 / Negative: 0. we did the trade in game, and after this i got temporary hold on the payment for investigate the claim.

You should do more research before just accepting payments. His Skype IP is from Croatia and sending you payment from some Spanish/Mexican PP, it's obvious stolen.
