Explain what happened:
The mentioned user offered an owner namechange of a battlenet account. Therefor I paid him 130€ via PayPal.
Today he said it looked like the service failed and I should open a dispute so he can refund me the money through it.
After doing that he suddenly said, that he cant refund the money because due the dispute he is in negative balance.
Well I hope pictures speak more than words: If an admin wants more proofs/uncensored pictures just pm me.
I hope he´ll answer / refund me but well tbh I guess it will be just in my dreams..

Obviously you didnt refund me. If an admin wants to see my paypal I can login and show it to you via Teamviewer or whatever as u want.
Wondering why you are totally ignoring me after saying you´ll refund me and didnt even do that. Well lets see what my local police department will say...

Although he´s banned now just an update: got my witness invitation from the police for the next week now. Maybe they will try and get in contact with OC due to that case. Is it possible to get any contact information that I can hand over?
