Paysafecard problem

Hello.
I came here to seek some help, so let's start from the beginning. My friend from game offered me a 50$ paysafecard but he also told me that he may have obtained it in a "shady" way. So my question is: is there a way to transfer that 50$ from paysafecard to my bank account anonymously?
I thought about using skrill to load money onto an account and from skrill move it to bank account, but it would propably be easy to track...
What do you guys think?
