Lost a dispute need help

Basically got scammed sent a bucket load of proof to paypal and still lost. Once he gets the money I can dispute ( I think) What should i do?


Im seeing these forums saying "buyer bought virtual/intangble item and was delivered in 24 hours" apparently these sellers are winning their case. Should I try this? Also What would the buyer sumbit agaisnt me? considering he has no evidence other thasn the skype chat in which he confirmed he had the account.

The account was a gw2 acc should I give paypal the email change i did for him as a receipt?

Not much you can do. Paypal has very strict policy against virtual trading. Claim your account back and get on with your day.

Hopefully Paypal will be changing their stance on this sort of thing soon. I've heard rumors that Paypal UK is starting to cover virtual transactions, hopefully the US will follow suit.

I doubt it U.K has way better consumer rights. Im trying to email appeals@paypal but it don't work and there appeal button is hidden from everyone...

You are selling a intangible item. Paypal will do nothing.

Be cautious with whom you trade with. Make sure you do some research on people. If it seems to good to be true it most likely is.

Got the account back with little info lol. How do I get my items restored and when should I get it restored to as the accounts been gone a month. (im still logging in) How long should I wait to sell? Im doing paypal gift for sure and making them type out an agreement to prevent this.

Have you logged on ? If so is there any gold left ?

If not have a net roll back to the day it was compromised.

Make sure if there is gold send to a trusted friend. Otherwise you will lose it when they roll back the account.

Okay so all he did was take the gold then try to scam more people on paypal.
