Bought a 10/14 Heroic Boost from me for 240 EUR. A week later he chargebacks and INSTANTLY wins payment, as soon as I got email, I rushed home but when I arrived PayPal had already reached a decision How was he able to get them to reach a decision in 30mins?

Also, I have noticed that PayPal gave the reason: "Haven't met Seller's Protection Requirements" as a reason. What does that mean?

Unauthorized is the most dangerous one, none can help you here really. If they find unauthorized claim valid then you will lose the money no matter what you write to them.

Edit: Missed that it's already lost "reversed" from first picture, then theres no way to get it back unless you can make the buyer resend the money. He was able to win within 30 mins because PayPal saw the claim was valid, meaning the money wasn't sent by the real PayPal owner (or he did but faked it by proxy).

I am sending email to the paypal account after every big transaction and ask him to confirm the order.
if its non register user sometimes we will ask for his ID copy.
