Help: Client can't find "trade feedback" !

Hi, I recently offered some League of Legends boosting services to a customer and even though I upgraded my thread to premium, he didn't seem to find the "trade feedback" function anywhere... Where exactly does he find that and is there a reason it might actually not be showing up? Here is my thread ([EUNE/EUW/RUS/TUR] Cheap, fast and reliable Boosting | Promos | Net Wins | Coaching !)

tis is in the wrong forum, but ur customer must make a post in ur thread and refresh the page and they will see the trade feedback options under their post.

Apparently my clients don't see such an option, under their posts or anywhere, right after they posted a comment AND refreshed the page a couple of times. What's going on?!

Also, is it possible to delete one of my own comments?

tats becoz only Premium threads has the trade feedback feature ya will have to purchase corecoins in order to get a premium thread

Isn't the purchase of premium thread permanent? Cause I do recall having purchased that already.

How does the Premium Trade system work?

- You can now upgrade your threads incredibly easy. With a single click of the mouse you'll can make your trade thread "Premium Trade", similar to bold and red for a week. Just go inside your trade thread and click "Upgrade to Premium Trade". Any other/future benefits will of course also work this way. Corecoins will not be a part of the actual trading process which will return to normal. However, you do now have the possibility to dispute a payment and give feedback in a thread.
