another scam section suggestion

well I haven't been active in the scam section lately but today I decided to post more in there and found to see that people are posting team recruiting threads. as we all know the rules are simply put right there for the scam section

Now I'm not a fan of scamming teams because this isn't oceans eleven, but i think that it will clean up the scam section a bit more.
