Yeah, it would be good. I agree with Aznboy, if Leechers don't have X amount of rep in a month or two, then ban them or give them a warning.

Seems a nice idea, but we have to handle 20x reposts of everything already, with another pack of leechers if wouldn't get better, im speaking about the no 5 rape in a month.
