Shout-Out Ads for 'Others'

Devs,

Suggestion:
The ability to purchase Shout-Out Ads for ANY thread. The reason for this would allow people to place Shout-Out Ads for "other people". This would allow anyone who works on a service together the ability to generate ads.

Purpose:
I am currently working on a project with several Contributors and currently Shout-Out Ads can only be purchased and created by the OC of a thread. Could the option of selecting or inputing someone else's Thread ID be implemented?

Note: This does not affect bumping threads as the option to allow "automatic bumps" is already an option.

Requirements could be implemented to stop obvious abuse.

I like and also dislike the idea, if you think about it, the shoutout ads are designed for sellers n such. Maybe in the future your idea could be implemented in such a way that people can select either Trade ads or your "other" thread ads depending on which one they are interested in.
To provide an example, say I don't ever buy anything on here and have no intention of going into the B/S/T section of the forum, yet I like seeing what threads are being promoted in terms of WoW glitches, D3, etc. I would choose that filter option.

Granted, you could just click the proper sub forum/thread, but hey, just a thought to add to yours

Not at all spazzer,but the current way means that others can be "at the front". IF I could get others to buy my ads then I would simply be there 24/7 and you would never be the only ad there
