Bawx: Thread Announcement Idea

Idea: Bawx Thread announcements should have more information. This would allow for more information and a less confused SniffingPickles.

The idea is to create additional information with categorization for the announcements. This would inform the bawx where and what the thread is about and located.

Example: <Posters Name><Thread Location><Sub><Title> --- Spazzer: World of Warcraft - Exploits: 9,537,000+ XP & 80,580+ Gold every 2 minutes.

This would summarize everything we want to know about the thread prior to clicking on it... which would help determine if we wanted to click on said thread.

Question: How does the announcements currently work? Because, I find that only a select few threads are announced in the bawx... is there a 'cooldown' on announcements or.. what is the ramifications on said announcements.
