CoreCoins: Suggestion to allow transfer/gift

I've got some 30,000 CoreCoins I've not been using in a long time. I assume I cannot be the only one, however I should be able to use them to either trade or gift a large amount any time I have the coins available outside of the reputation system, or without the reputation spread lock.

I understand that we are not allowed to request for reputation changes, however I believe CoreCoins were designed to be a tool, or a currency rather than a reputation feature at heart.

I say the above because right now they are tied to reputation so I cannot give more than 5000 CoreCoins at any time to any specific person. I believe this would be a useful feature and possibly give users that need CoreCoins the option to have some. If they are given to user that would use them as opposed to someone that wouldn't.. best case the new CoreCoins user would like the added features and purchase more CoreCoins.
