Built-in IP/location check

Hello, i noticed this feature on another site(ownedcore analogue, won't be telling which one exactly) and i find it pretty awesome. It works like that there - when a person makes a post you can click on an icon near the post and see smth like this to see where was the person at the moment when this post was made

Hostname: xxx-xxx-xxx-xxx.skybeam.com"

Legit people have nothing to worry about and dont have any reason to hide/change their IP. So it's mostly scammers who'll suffer if this feature is added. Not sure how hard it is to implement smth like that and i agree that proxies can be used to bypass it but many scammers are too lazy/stupid to even use proxies and i still think it'll be a nice thing to have on ownedcore.

I think the hostname is a bit overkill, but the country and such is indeed a nice idea
