/agree with this topic. Is it ok to tell someone how to give rep if they say "+rep" but never do? Also the skin is fine Imagine how many people would have to change avatars and sigs :P

i say people without 2 or more rep, and a rediculous post count 25 and below should be instantly banned at the end of each couple months.
