Wintraders spamming threads

I've seen some people that wintrade create new accounts here on ownedcore to look for more people for their group playing right that moment,
To stop this maybe you should have to be on the site for 1 day or something before being able to post on the new account?
I don't know if it already is like this, just trying to help.
