Deleting your post should decrease your post count

I have been tracking few guys who have been repping their main account. And a lot of them got 5/6 post count but the messages were deleted.
So my question is it possible to make your post decrease if you delete your message. Maybe it already decreases if not some people might exploit it to get the extra 1/2 rep once you hit the 1000rep post count

Well, i know some people like to purge their old posts. Sucks to be a legendary user with 4k posts when you've deleted 3700 of them, right?

Aye true but it makes it easier to find the guys who are repping them self. Unless they post 5 useless stuff rep and delete it again...
