Editing Title of Original (Starting) Post In A Thread

Maybe its the rank, but this doesn't properly update on the forum's listing when editing a pre-existing original post in the thread.

I think the above sentence might be slightly confusing, so I'll try to describe it in better detail:

• After creating a thread, and then going back at a later date or time and editing it, one can "Go Advanced" for better editing.
• One of the options in advanced is editing the "Title".
• This option updates the title within the post, but it doesn't update the Forum Thread's Title.

My personal request and motivation for this feature is so that I can update my bot/program thread's titles when new versions are released for easier-viewing when just looking at the main forums sub-sections.

If the feature is disabled for my rank, apologies for the inconvenience - but it does also inconvenience myself when trying to get my stuff "out there" to help the community (kind of an upward battle of being noticed, if you will).

Also a couple other things;

• I had access to the shoutbawx at a different reputation amount than listed in the Guidebook (love the feature, by the way!). Its been a week, I don't remember what the values were, sorry! I think I told Kurios but can't honestly remember.
• I also can't see the [Archives] section from the shoutbawx (Lack of permission, I believe.) Seems inconsistent, of allowing posting to it but not being able to read the archives. I don't have a good reason for wanting to see it, I just wanted to bring that to attention for consistency's sake.

It's disabled for everyone but moderators.
Like we tell everyone else... report it and tell in the report what you want the title to be changed to.

Also a couple other things;

I think I told Kurios but can't honestly remember. The requirement is 35 rep if I'm not mistaken. The handbook might be outdated.

I am able to change the title of my own threads and see them update in the actual forum index.
