yeah if i could code this i would in a heartbeat.. the way i'd do it though is after 2 contributor votes or 5 member votes it gets moved to a moderation queue where a mod must approve it before its visible again. otherwise it's deleted,

I like that idea but do you mean active members or just members?

there should just be a spam button like on youtube and it just hides it and then when you do it get put in the mod que to be checked
