    I've nosed around on the vBulletin forums for a while and I found this addon, enabling users to choose the amount of reputation they wish to give to another member.

    Extended Reputation - vBulletin.org Forum

    I thought it would be worth checking out.
    I'd post it in the appropriate thread if it hadn't already been closed so I appologise for that.
