have a "useless" exploit section/sticky

there are numerous exploits out there that do not help you out in anyway what so ever. However there are some that are just fun to do! I propose that there be a section for such exploits which will also get rid of the huge amount of "useless exploits" being posted in the exploits section which are against the rules afaik. This will also reduce the amount of threads needing to be deleted or closed too.

i.e. cosmetic exploits

If the exploit is really useless, the admins will either move or delete the thread if they deem it necessary. No need to create a new sub forum.
