Getting a thread back to the first page

Hey,

I made a thread a few years back promoting my WoW server.

After a while we had to shutdown but recently I opened it up again, I tried posting a new thread but that's either still in moderation or rejected, and I can't see to bump my old thread back up.

So any way to get it back up again ?
