Rules of the trading section?

I think we should have rules in the trading section when it comes to powerleveling, or any services like that. Services where you have to have so much rep and be here for so long to do powerleveling, or just something like that. Lately people have been joining and posting "Free Powerleveling" I mean I know it's common sense not to do it, but still there probably out to scam.

Just think there should be some more rules in the trading section.

I was thinking Active members and up should have the forums available, unless they're ID verified.

ID Verified, or Active Member/40+Rep. That seems like the simplest safeguard. However, ID Verified only costs like 5 bucks right? so that is just a small deterrent

some are very legit, like xmanlevel8 who came here and posted.. Should we not allow those? I dont see the big issue, if you dont trust people with little rep then dont use them...

ID verified costs very little, but we do checks in order to be sure that you are who you claim to be. If a ID verified member is caught scamming then that info will be given out.

Not all those free powerleveling people are a scam I used a couple of them myself and they leveled better than some people who I have to pay to level me.
