Search function works for less than 5 rep leechers

Anyway, I just noticed that your little 'bulletin' on top of the forum says:

"Users with 5 or more reputation have the ability to search the site..."

I have not posted (as of this day) nothing to the forums and yet I can search the site.

The search function is available to everyone, yes, but only every 45 seconds, so I don't think it's a problem.
