pfft rep is a bit annoying to get but hell the 1st 15 rep for me sucked but after that rep went up like a rocket =P only 26 rep untill contrib and i opened a sig service so =P just do something your good at on the forums and rep will roll in and find useful programs =P

i prefer some who postes but is still lower than active than someone registersd since christmas with 4 posts. Nimaasuss i see your name in lots of threads allthought your rep dosnt yet show it i consider you a active member of the comunity and it wont be long be4 your flash chating

Hmm i think it's fine as it is now.. I think it's cool that it's a kind of "reward" you get when you have reached active users so you can access flash chat.

So i disagree all should get access to that due to a high spam risk.

But well, yes i know it's hard to get rep, only 1/20 gives rep for something they EVEN download and USE!
(how can i tell? In one of my NBS version 300 people downloaded it aprox and only 1/10 - 1/20 gave rep aprox)

If EVERYONE gave rep for stuff they downloaded/saw etc, every single moron would be high ranked I agree though, limiting to active members is fine.
