Disable thread rating option from its maker

I think its stupid to allow a person who made a thread to rate it. It gives the wrong kind of information of a post if a noob rates his post for 5/5 even when its a 1000st time repost.

I disagree.
The Thread Rating Mode is a way to show that the Thread is VERY useful for many people.
It does also show that the thing WORKS properly etc.

I agree that the privilage of Rating your own post should be removed, that is just stupid, "Hey thats my post, I know, Ill give it 5 Stars for advice on how to open up wow!" That is just wrong.

It shouldn't be fully removed however, depending on how many stars it has shows other people how much this helped or didn't help a group of other people.
