Thread Notifications

I suggest some kind of a Thread Notification.

So the Thread-Creator can see if someone is posting on his/her thread so he/she can Answer the Question etc.

Like if i made a Thread about a WoW Guide, and i was to lazy to go in and out the Thread to see if someone has been posting on it.
Then i could have some time to browse other threads, and then if there has been posted a post on my Thread there would Pop-Up a Notification, about that Someone with that Username and Post has been posting on my Thread.

Then i don't need to go in and out my Thread to see if someone posted on my Thread.

It will help lots of people to.
