Reducing Report-time

Hello .

The time between the reports are way too long. Or at least, I think so.
Example: If I saw two threads which should be in some other section, I visit the thread and press the report-button.
Then I'm going to the next thread as quickly as before, but a sad message comes up: "You have to wait 180 seconds before you can report again".

I think 3 minutes is a bit to long. Would be nice if you could reduce it to one minute or something.

This has been suggested many many times before. The report time is linked to another timer.

Just put more than one report in each report. (Link multiple threads per 1 report).

Although id like this to be changed, it most likely wont be.
