Make all forums private too guests

The only registred users can see link thing is not working too well guest's cans till leech things that don't have links.So too solve this problem just make all forums private too guest's and they have too sign up too see the forum

there is registration on some forums. would you guys have joined the forum if you had no idea what was here? i dont think so.
