Seperate the guide section into "Hint-" and "Guide-" -sections.

A guide is something that fully explains what this is (Such as a class overall or a spec in-depth, a raid instance, an encounter (if very specific), battlegrounds and more.
Hints are small post-it-notes that explains nearly nothing and assume you have general knowledge of what you're doing already.

There's a huge difference between the two and I keep seeing more and more "hints" as the "1 2 ??? profit" in the guide forum.

They do not belong there. Please add another section called "Hints" (or whatever fits you) for "guides" like these.

The problem with that is that those who make these hints are often lazy at writing their "guide", hence why the "guide" contains barely 50 words.
Because of the above I highly doubt they'll tag their topic manually but rather just use on of the existing tags available.

Adding it to the tag-bar would be a solution, as Zoidberg (awesome name@) said.
