Creating Polls

I noticed a bit ago that no one can create polls to my knowledge (other then members with Moderator status+?). I think that being able to create a poll at the top of a thread would be very helpful to some users.

For instance: I would love to know from the community how many of you would like to see greasemonkey scripts to add new styles/features to MMOwned. I could go create a thread in general with a poll at the top and get some feed back. Programing a whole list of features for MMOwned could become rather tedious and May not be worth it if only a couple of people want them. So a poll would help me decide my direction for developing greasemonkey scripts for MMOwned. I doubt I would see that poll on the home page, so my suggestion is this: lower the status at which you can create poll threads say at 250 rep+ and maybe if you have had no infractions, i dont know. However strict you would want to be with it.

I don't see it really being abused, I just see it as a good way for some users to get the community involved with upcoming projects.
