Same thread different sections ( Under Index )

Well this isn't really a productive suggestion, but pls don't flame.
All it is is to bascially take away the double ''threads'' when you go to the forum indexs sub-forums and to stop the same thread coming under to DIFFERENT forums/sub-forums.
It makes it look a bit odd and shabby.
Here is a example of the 'World Of Wacraft' section showing what i mean for the people who don't understand what i'm talking about:



So yea, My answer to this is lets just say following the picture above that the posts in the 'Scams Section' will come up in the World Of Warcraft index as showing the latest post in the 'SCAM FORUM', not it's sub-forum 'SCAM HELP'.
And Visa-Versa.

I know this sounds confusing, pointless and silly but just trying to change the little things
But in the end ...
