Leecher's allowed search button.

I saw a chat about this is bawx and thought i should bring it up.
Maybe you could possibley let the leechers use 'Search' which might reduce the number of reposts there making?

If this was allowed then you could say now the search button is up, If a leecher does make a repost they get banned or something? Because there won't be any excuss for a repost.

Obviously they won't be able to view private section via search but just the normal ones.
Just a thought.
