Reported posts count/names

Basically, I find myself reporting threads veeeery much.
But today I came to a thread and I was just about to click report when I realized I already had reported it once.
Then it hit me, why not have some kind of function in your User Panel that tells you witch posts that you reported and how many.
It would help and it would be fun in my opinion.
Maybe add a tool to delete your reports if you accidently reported wrong thread?

This might be stupid and might not, I don't know what you think.
Maybe it's just the worst idea ever, but I thought it was worth being posted in here.
