Tighten up on rules

It's 110% guaranteed when going into the scams section to see someone giving away an account, trying to trade, request, etc. Theres sections for that.

Their reason and I quote from a previous post "Ya so i no theres a section for this type of stuff but i cant post in it so im posting here..."

there is a reason why there are requirements to post in the giveaways/trading/selling section. By pretty much saying they cant get the required post count or whatever and posting anyway, it means they dont care to follow the rules. Even worse is that no one says "hey man, wrong section. please delete."

...They go with it and there are actually donators/contribs trying to do what the OP says to get the give away account. Thus THEY dont care about the rules either.

I think if its taken too loosely, there will be more posts in the wrong section then there already is.

Solution: Infractions for those who post, and respond to these imo.

This issue is being addressed, we Moderators are only human, and with it being summer, some of us (Including myself) are on vacation right now, I'm just fortunate to have internet access while here. Just report the post and move along.
