Link Heaven Suggestion

Hey, i was just thinking about this the other day. I often delete posts because they are considered advertising other sites, and normally out of place. My idea is we could have a section called 'Link Heaven' (name stolen from Warez-bb), where users can post any site (maybe not a competing wow site, or maybe a competeing wow site). This would allow users to post their favorite sites, but not draw away from main posts in main sections. IDK, admins, tell me what u think

Sounds like a nice idea, but could easily get out of hand with so many members... maybe a restriction to the forum?

Really what such a section would do is allow other sites to get a link back from mmowned to their web site and facilitate them climbing the google page rankings but it would not give mmowned a link back from them.

This is why you see people post links instead of the sites name, as they want to get a link from us to them as it is advantages to them.

Mmm.. thats a very good point, but no matter what your going to get backlinks at every major forum.

but if this is a big issue than just leave it.
