we wont lower the post count requirements for account-giveaways, there is a rep requirement of 10 or so as well. so you will need to contribute to get in there.

May I ask why you want post count lowered? Please elaborate? As I think they are fine the way they are. It's to stop leechers like you who contributed just to get a certain amount of rep so you can leech again.
