I don't think this is a very good idea. Notepad already allows you to save drafts, and colour isn't that hard to get. Heck, you can even click that little button on the top right corner of the WYSIWYG editor (the cool one with colours n stuff) to get the basic BBCode which you can save, then preview again when you're back on the job.

I'd say everyone should have acces, and maybe the author could write when it is ready to be criticized, if he/she even want it to be criticized at all. The threads could also act as teasers, tbh.

Soo... this suggestion has been up for about 2 weeks now. I'm guessing you're either discussing this, waiting to discuss it, or you don't care enough to close it... Anyways, some closure would be nice.
