Closed threads are still getting bumps

I am not 100% sure if that is a bug or intended.

I realized it with a pokemon go seller who closed his thread and still bumping it, this allows him to keep scamming peoples without getting negative answers from Ownedcore users.
That way he doesn't need to recreate the same subject plenty of time like many are currently doing in the same section with the pokemon go sales boom.

He might also just did reopen bump his thread and close it multiple times if that is possible but I prefer to make a report to avoid more peoples using this trick for such malicious activities.

Just a suggestion but a temporary fix of this would be just to delete said thread, and any similar ones that may be closed due to scamming or malicious behavior until the bug is fixed and closed threads are no longer able to bump.
