2 factor Autenticator wont allow to contact or even logout if locked.
I've noticed that if your IP changes OC ask's for your key, but if you lost access to the account, it wont allow to Contact ( for support of course ) or even log out.
Perhaps it requires a 'whitelist' for specific things like this?

Guess what, dont save your keys on the save device that has the app

next time, just save the key on note pad or somewhere safe
guess tis is a secondary account? hopefully ur issue can be resolved soon ^^

Wait for ket to respond in here. It is written explicitly that you MUST save your key! That is the sole reason for the auth, that noone but you can log in.
