No donator access!

Afternoon,

I paid for donator access this afternoon via PayPal. I've had donator a couple of times on this acc in the past, so sort of knew the drill. In the past, once I had made the payment, my acc was automatically given access and given donator status.
This time however, it does not seem to have given my account any access. I've double checked paypal and the payment has gone through properly (and I paid for donator access, not CC or something by mistake!)

Any chance someone can look in to this for me please?
