id verified problem

hello! i paid for becoming an id verified member and i uploaded my identity card 3 days ago. i still didnt get anything and in the process it says up to 24 hours. any idea whats happening?

also i have a question, its not the right place to ask but i really have no idea where i can ask, if i sell something on wow, can i put a price on the thread name? like example: selling x item for x euro/usd
