Chrome straight up will not work to get to OwnedCore - World of Warcraft Exploits, Hacks, Bots and Guides - OwnedCore News have tried restarts of full computer and browser and everything and still getting:

go to cmd prompt, and type in ipconfig /flushdns

also hit control + F5 on the homepage
