Search doesn't work

So since my search doesn't work, I can't really tell if there has been a topic about this or not :P Basically, if I try to search anything or check user's posts/threads, I get the following error:

connection to 127.0.0.1:9312 failed (errno=111, msg=Connection refused)

I've been told (by the all powerful Bawx) that Dev Team is already aware of said issue since 0800 hrs EST. Besides that I know nothing.
